At Cloudie Bloom, every label is printed to order using your chosen design and personalisation details.

Change of mind

Because our labels are custom-made, we don't offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections or customer-supplied details, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Please double-check all spelling, numbers and personalisation details before placing your order.

Printing errors or faulty labels

If we've made a printing mistake, your labels arrive damaged, or there's an issue with the quality of your order, please get in touch.

We may ask for a photograph to help us understand the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We'll help investigate and work towards a suitable resolution.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
