All Cloudie Bloom labels are made to order with love in Victoria, Australia.

Processing times

Orders are generally printed, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy periods or for larger custom orders, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping options

• Standard Letter Post — $2.50: Available on orders below $80. Untracked, estimated delivery 5–10 business days.

• Express Post — $12.45: Available at all order values. Estimated delivery 1–2 business days.

• Free Tracked Parcel Post: Available on orders of $80 or more, with estimated delivery of 3–5 business days.

For orders below $80, choose Standard Letter Post ($2.50, untracked) or Express Post ($12.45). A separate paid Tracked Parcel Post option is not available below $80. Tracked Parcel Post is free on orders of $80 or more. All prices are in AUD.

Delivery estimates are calculated after dispatch, exclude public holidays and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post's network.

Tracking and delivery

Standard Letter Post does not include tracking. Tracking information will be provided for tracked parcels and Express Post where available.

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
