All labels are printed using thermal transfer technology for a durable, smudge-resistant finish.

Please note that vial sizes are a guide only. We recommend measuring your own vials before ordering to ensure the best fit.

🎨 ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ

This listing is a printing service only, so all artwork must be supplied complete and ready to print.

To ensure the best possible results, please make sure your artwork meets the following requirements:

✓ High-resolution artwork — preferably a clear PNG, JPG or PDF file.

✓ Single-colour design — artwork must be suitable for printing entirely in black or blue.

✓ Correct proportions — artwork should be designed to fit your selected label size (40 × 20 mm or 50 × 30 mm).

✓ Clear, legible text — keep fonts and fine details large enough to remain readable at the finished label size.

✓ Finished artwork — all wording, spelling, measurements and design elements should be final before uploading.

Please avoid:

✗ Full-colour artwork, gradients, shading or photographic images.

✗ Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated or grainy images.

✗ Extremely fine lines, tiny text or intricate details that may not reproduce clearly.

✗ Holographic effects or backgrounds within your artwork. The holographic finish comes from the label material itself and cannot be printed by the printer.

Please note: We do not offer artwork creation, redesigning or extensive editing as part of this listing. Your design will be printed as supplied, provided it is suitable for our printing process.

📋 PROOFS & PRINTING

To keep our processing times quick, proofs are not routinely sent for approval.

Your artwork will be printed as supplied unless we notice an issue that could affect the final result.

If your artwork appears too small, unclear, low-resolution or unsuitable for printing, we'll contact you using the contact details on your order with a proof or to discuss any necessary adjustments before proceeding.

Otherwise, your order will go straight into printing.

Please double-check all spelling, wording and details before uploading, as we don't routinely proofread or edit customer-supplied artwork.

📦 PROCESSING & DELIVERY

All labels are printed, packed and dispatched from Victoria, Australia.

Orders are generally printed, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after suitable artwork is received. During busy periods or for larger custom orders, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method, your location and Australia Post’s delivery network. Delivery estimates apply after dispatch and exclude public holidays. Standard Letter Post is untracked.

💗 A LITTLE REMINDER

Our printer uses single-colour thermal transfer printing, not full-colour digital printing.

For the best results, simple designs with bold text, clean lines and good contrast work beautifully!
